Can’t believe it has been 3 years already. Looking back at our first conversation, we sounded so professional compared to our daily laughs now at the gym.

I am so immensely proud. Gesm started with knowing little to nothing at the gym, to now coming to the gym at 5 AM, 5 times a week.

He has come a long way to build up his confidence in the gym.

If he can do it, anyone can.
